For unique applications our science team may request samples for initial viability testing after NDA’s are signed. Our scientists will complete this phase with an understanding of the required parameters for your application and provide them to our automation and engineering teams for any custom design work required.
Design
Our engineers will translate the requirements from the evaluation phase to the industrial scale that your business requires. This design will also take into consideration any regulatory or facility requirements.
Manufacturing

Testing & Quality Assurance
NuWave puts our reputation behind each machine. We always test the system first in our clean room for dedicated run time with our quality assurance team. At your request we will even video test runs to give you a Covid-friendly sneak peek at your new machine.
Shipping
